 Glasbern Farm is presently providing produce, grass-fed dairy, beef, lamb, pastured chicken, duck, turkey, and heritage pork for our dedicated Chefs. The healthful aspects of cultivating our own products complements the peace of mind we have knowing the origin of our food. Our chefs and Glasbern farmers are not only shortening the chain from pasture to plate, they are reducing the links in that chain to provide guests of this restaurant & inn with a memorable dining experience.

The Pub and Patio have been resurrected for more casual dining options. Guests of the Inn and the local friends of Glasbern can enjoy some lighter fare from the farm. Our chefs have created a menu comprised mostly of food that is raised onsite in an effort to show appreciation for the farmers that tend to the herds and the gardens, and to provide our guests with the fruits of their labor.
